List and Manage Equipment

Use this guide to keep equipment listings accurate, searchable, and ready for hire without creating avoidable booking conflicts.

Build a complete listing

Create and manage listings from My Garage. Strong listings include clear photos, useful specifications, accurate category and model details, realistic rates, and a location that matches where the equipment can be hired or collected.

Add clear photos and equipment details.

Keep rates and availability current.

Use serial or asset references where required.

Control marketplace visibility

Use Listed or Private status to control whether an item appears for hire. If a listing does not publish or does not appear in search, check for missing details, duplicate identifiers, incomplete insurance, billing issues, or account-readiness prompts.

Use blockout dates

Block out dates when equipment is booked elsewhere, under maintenance, in transit, awaiting inspection, or otherwise unavailable. Keeping the calendar current helps avoid conflicts and gives hirers a more reliable view of availability.
